Privacy policy
One policy covering OceanRed Studio and every game we make. Each game also has its own copy with that game’s specifics at the top — those are the links given to the app stores.
The short version
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for anyone else’s advertising. Beyond that, what a game collects depends on the game — some are ad-supported, some are a one-time purchase, some are subscriptions. Each game has its own version of this policy with its exact practices listed at the top.

Who we are
OceanRed Studio is an independent mobile game studio. This policy explains how our games and this website handle information. If anything is unclear, email support@oceanredstudios.com and we will answer.
Our games are not all built the same way. Some are free and supported by adverts, some offer a single one-time unlock, and some are subscription based. Because those choices change what data is involved, each game has its own copy of this policy with that game’s specifics resolved at the top. The link for each is listed on this page, and in the game’s store listing.
What we collect
Across every game, we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, photographs, camera or microphone data, contacts, calendars or location data. We do not build advertising profiles of you, and we never sell personal information.
Where a game is ad-supported, its advertising provider may use an advertising identifier to decide which advert to show. That is disclosed on that game’s own policy page, and games directed at children are configured so that this does not happen.
What stays on the device
To make a game work, some things are saved locally on the device and never sent to us — for example your progress and anything you create, settings such as sound and language, and a record of what a purchase has unlocked. Deleting the app removes all of it.
Advertising
Some of our games are free and supported by adverts; others contain no advertising at all. Where a game does show adverts, its own policy page names the advertising provider and explains what that provider receives. Games directed at children only ever show non-personalised, child-appropriate adverts, as required by the Google Play Families Policy and the Apple Kids Category rules.
Analytics
Where a game uses analytics, it is anonymous and aggregate, used only to improve the game, and never used for advertising or sold. Each game’s policy page states whether it uses analytics and names the provider.
Purchases and subscriptions
Our games use different models: some are free, some offer a one-time unlock, some are ad-supported with an optional ad-free purchase, and some are subscriptions. In every case billing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store payment details. Subscriptions, where offered, are managed and cancelled through your store account.
Children’s privacy
Some of our games are made for children, and we treat that as a responsibility rather than a checkbox. For those titles we comply with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK and EU rules on children’s data (including GDPR-K and the Age Appropriate Design Code), the Google Play Families Policy and the Apple App Store Kids Category guidelines.
In our child-directed games there is no chat, no user-generated content sharing, no social features and no external links inside gameplay, so there is no route by which a child could share personal information. Actions meant for a grown-up — such as making a purchase or leaving the app — sit behind a parent gate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This website
oceanredstudios.com is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If you send a message through the contact form, we receive only what you type — your name, email and message — and use it solely to reply to you.
Game trailers are hosted on YouTube and only load if you press play, so YouTube sets nothing in your browser unless you choose to watch.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. In most cases we hold nothing about you, so there is nothing to retrieve or erase. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, write to support@oceanredstudios.com and we will remove it.
To remove everything a game has stored, uninstall it. On Android you can also clear the app’s storage from system settings.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for anything significant, reflect it in the affected game’s store listing before the change ships. Continued use of a game after an update means the revised policy applies.
