Who we are

OceanRed Studio is an independent mobile game studio. This policy explains how Kids Coloring Book & Games handle information. If anything is unclear, email support@oceanredstudios.com and we will answer.

What we collect

Nothing personal. Kids Coloring Book & Games does not ask for, collect, transmit or store personally identifiable information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses
• Photographs, camera or microphone data
• Contacts, calendars or other content on the device
• Location data of any kind
• Advertising identifiers (no IDFA on iOS, no Advertising ID on Android)

What stays on the device

To make a game work, some things are saved locally on the device and never sent to us — for example your progress and anything you create, settings such as sound and language, and a record of what a purchase has unlocked. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Advertising

Kids Coloring Book & Games contains no advertising. There is no ad network in the game, no third-party promotions, and no advertising identifier is collected or used.

Analytics

Kids Coloring Book & Games uses no third-party analytics, crash-reporting or tracking service. The only third parties involved are the app stores themselves.

Purchases and subscriptions

Kids Coloring Book & Games offers a single optional purchase that unlocks content permanently. All billing is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see, handle or store your payment details, card numbers or billing address. Your receipt lives with the store, and refunds follow their policies.

Purchases are placed behind a parent gate so that a young child cannot start one on their own.

Children’s privacy

Kids Coloring Book & Games is made for children, and we treat that as a responsibility rather than a checkbox. For those titles we comply with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK and EU rules on children’s data (including GDPR-K and the Age Appropriate Design Code), the Google Play Families Policy and the Apple App Store Kids Category guidelines.

In our child-directed games there is no chat, no user-generated content sharing, no social features and no external links inside gameplay, so there is no route by which a child could share personal information. Actions meant for a grown-up — such as making a purchase or leaving the app — sit behind a parent gate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This website

oceanredstudios.com is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If you send a message through the contact form, we receive only what you type — your name, email and message — and use it solely to reply to you.

Game trailers are hosted on YouTube and only load if you press play, so YouTube sets nothing in your browser unless you choose to watch.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. In most cases we hold nothing about you, so there is nothing to retrieve or erase. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, write to support@oceanredstudios.com and we will remove it.

To remove everything a game has stored, uninstall it. On Android you can also clear the app’s storage from system settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for anything significant, reflect it in the affected game’s store listing before the change ships. Continued use of a game after an update means the revised policy applies.
