This Privacy Policy explains how Oceanred Studios ("we", "our", or "us") handles data for our mobile game Kids Colouringand this website (collectively, the "Services").

3. Information We Collect

We use a minimal-data model. Kids Colouring does not require users to create an account.

  • Account Data: No username, password, phone number, or direct profile registration is required.
  • Financial Data: We process subscription purchase history and entitlement status (for example, whether premium features are active).
  • Payment Credentials: We do not collect or store full card numbers. Payment credentials are handled directly by app store billing providers.

4. Information Collected from Children

Kids Colouring is directed to audiences that include children. We design our Services to align with child privacy obligations, including Google Play Families Policy requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or precise location directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in error, contact us at support@oceanredstudios.com and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete it where applicable.

5. Subscription and Payment Information

Kids Colouring offers premium features through in-app subscriptions that are intended to be purchased and managed by parents or guardians.

To manage subscriptions, we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process purchase receipts, purchase history, and entitlement state linked to an anonymous app user identifier in order to validate and restore purchases.

Payment details are processed directly by the Google Play Store (and/or Apple App Store where applicable). We do not receive full card details.

Data is used strictly to:

  • Unlock premium coloring packs and features
  • Restore purchases across supported devices
  • Support subscription troubleshooting and customer support
  • Maintain app reliability and security

If enabled in future releases, anonymous diagnostics (for example crash or stability signals) may be used to improve reliability. We do not use this for behavioral advertising to children.

9. Google Play Related Disclosures

  • Our Play Console Data safety declarations are maintained to reflect actual app data practices.
  • We commit to Google Play Families Policy requirements for child-directed experiences.
  • The app does not include personalized advertising for children.

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with processors required to operate subscriptions, billing, distribution, security, and legal compliance.

Subscription records and entitlement data are retained only as long as needed for service delivery, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, or legal requirements.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit for data transmitted off-device. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect data appropriately.

13. Parent and User Rights

Depending on your region, parents/guardians may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data processing. Because we do not create personal user profiles in-app, request fulfillment may be limited to the data we can reasonably identify.
